Thomas Grier was raised and now raises his own family in the Arizona East Valley. Thomas worked first as Associate General Counsel and later as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for The Keating Group, Inc., a nationally recognized insurance corporation. In this capacity, he learned first hand how insurance companies navigate the claims’ process and how to protect families from unfair practices.
Thomas has represented hundreds of people injured in accidents Arizona, including cases taken successfully to trial. Today, he’s still working to make sure those who are injured still get the compensation they deserve. Thomas prides himself on securing the best outcome for his clients and regularly develops lifelong friendships with those he represents.
Although Thomas almost exclusively practices personal injury litigation, he also practices real estate commercial litigation for select clients.
Thomas is regularly active in his community, volunteering, and serving on various boards and commissions. Thomas has appeared on television to speak on both local and national issues. He lovers Arizona and is committed to making it a better place.
Thomas also spent years as an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University and regularly teaches courses on leadership. Thomas has a passion for mentoring and assisting young people in achieving their dreams.
Thomas graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and was recognized as a Maroon and Gold Scholar and Junior Fellow. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University and is a member of the Arizona Bar.
He lives in Mesa, Arizona with his amazing wife Lisa and three wonderful children. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and his family. He also enjoys exercise, traveling, giving too much money to Disneyland, and any other activity that takes him outdoors.
